This session was near and dear to my heart because I love this girl like she was my own. She just celebrated a special birthday and is officially a teen. Her mom wanted some photos to capture that memorable age. I think we did a pretty good job. She is also the one who got me hooked on the Twilight books, thanks K!

The just for fun …. I changed her eyes for this shot, (pretty awesome . . huh?)

This family’s backyard made the perfect setting for family photos. Fall gives us such gorgeous colors. Go Penn State!

One thing I love about my job is meeting new people. I met this family on location at a spot they visit often to hangout, hike and have valuable family time. I enjoyed listening to stories of their special times and hope these images will bring them many years of happy memories.

What a fun time I had with these two. They kept me on my toes. I love combining my Creative Memories Digital products with previews lately for a little something extra. Here are some of our silly shots … saving the good ones for the family cards; and waiting to fit in the big sister who was at school that day.

It’s the picture of the family tucked into a holiday card that will go out to the masses, the dozens of friends and relatives who will no doubt awwww over how much the kids have grown and comment how great mom and dad look.
But the planning of the perfect outfit tends to add stress for some; so to help you out I’m sharing a simple color palette and outfit options for the kids. Mom and Dad can coordinate easily by choosing a sweater or shirt in a similar shade.

These folks win the cutest couple award. The love is just oozing out of this photo. You two are adorable! Thanks for your reflector services too!

Thanks to Kelly, Tracy and family for meeting up with me today. It’s amazing how quick the light fades… but you all did a great job and so did your kids; we were able to fit it all in. Enjoy the sneak peek and I’ll have the rest of your images soon.

At 10am today I (along with many photography friends) released balloons in memory of a fellow photographer’s son Nathan. He passed away this week from pneumonia brought on by the H1N1 virus. He was only 4 years old. My prayers and are with Tracy and her family today. I hope they hold close that when they are most beside themselves in loss . . . God is beside them with healing strength.
